The house is very unique compared to other builders. Overall, I am happy with the quality of my O’Dwyer home. The home is designed with a lot of details in mind (cell phone charging station with key holders, lots of natural lighting throughout the home, large kitchen island and lots of cabinetry, large closets, etc.). I also love the semi-custom aspect. I enjoy seeing how each buyer chooses different finishes for his or her home. More people than I would have thought enjoy adding character and putting special touches on their home. I was also privileged to work with the O’Dwyer New Home Specialist, who was awesome and responsive. She really goes above and beyond for her job. The Builders were also awesome in making sure that the house was built properly each step of the way. The Design Consultant was very knowledgeable in design. I was happy to work with them overall.”
