Atlanta Business Chronicle released its latest Home Quarterly, which announced Atlanta’s Top 20 Home Builders based on the number of Atlanta new homes closed in 2012. O’Dwyer Homes was ranked #18. The total number of homes closed for all home builders listed was 3,860, a 35 percent increase over last years’ total.
